About me:
I'm very new to cooking, but I'm getting much better. Once apon a time, white sauce was extremely difficult for me, and now it's easy peasy like lemon sqeazy.

Chicken Wing Dip

Reviewed on Aug. 31, 2008 by canadiangirl
This recipe was easy and, according to my husband, tasted better than good!!! I am not a buffalo wing lover so I am going by his taste. I used buttermilk ranch dressing and Franks redhot buffalo wing style sauce.

Horseradish Deviled Eggs

Reviewed on Aug. 22, 2008 by XXXNAUGHTY
This was EXCELLENT! These disappeared in about 5 minutes. I used horseradish-mustard and omitted the dill weed and substituted parsley instead. I'll probably be adding some chili powder to this mix next time though. Cannot go wrong with this recipe.

Chocolate Eclair Dessert

Reviewed on Aug. 10, 2008 by MDstephanieRW
I tweaked the recipe, replaced the graham crackers with crushed oreo and the vanilla pudding mix with chocolate pudding mix. The result was marvelous! I also put 2 tbsp of cocoa powder into the mixture to make it more chocolate-y. I used this recipe as a dirt cake for my mom's birthday.
