About me:
I'm a university student that actually loves fruits and vegetables! (hard to believe..) I'm lactose-intolerant, and I prefer not eating meat/ poultry/ eggs.. the irony of course is that everything i love to cook/ bake is loaded with dairy products and fun things like that which I can't/ don't eat; i'll usually make something for others then not have any myself! Also, being a student, I can only really cook at home when I have the time, money, and proper cooking supplies.

Rolled Buttercream Fondant

Reviewed on Aug. 25, 2008 by JMJ
This is a great alternative for fondant (I don't like the taste of fondant, but this just tastes like buttercream). If you wish to get rid of the "greasy" shine, dust you final product with icing sugar.
