Tomato Chicken Parmesan

Reviewed on Sep. 4, 2008 by Chars3girls
This was fabulous! I used crushed saltines and added some garlic powder, pepper, oregano & basil to them. I also used a homemade pasta sauce & since I didn't have montery, I subtituted with mozza. Still turned out wonderful.

Blueberry Peach Muffins

Reviewed on Sep. 4, 2008 by Chars3girls
Fabulous!! Light & fluffy too! I did mix it together a little differently & used buttermilk instead, as well as added an extra 1/2 cup of sugar...this is what I did: Beat together the eggs, sugars & buttermilk. Added the melted butter. Beat again. Added dry ingredients & beat well. Stirred in 1 & 1/2 cup blueberries & 1 1/2 cups fresh diced peaches. Baked at 375 for 25 mins. They turned out perfect!

Rempel Family Meatloaf

Reviewed on Sep. 3, 2008 by Chars3girls
Fabulous!! I made it as stated, only change was I had to use 4 dashes o worchestshire sauce as I had no steak sauce. I also used the whole package of onion soup mix..and used the cheese flavoured crackers. Delish. Family said it was the best meatloaf they ever had. I served it with mashed potatoes, green beans & gravy.
