Chicken Enchiladas I

I made these last night. Turned out good even though I was missing the tomatoe sauce. The only thing I did different was adding mozzerella cheese into the mixture that went into the tortilla shell. I will make this again

Beef and Bean Chimichangas

I have made this recipe 3 times already. My kids and husband love it. The last time I made this I had both cheddar cheese and monteray jack shredded on top of the chimichangas. Also, I have use both hot and mild taco sauce when making this. We prefer the mild.

Tater Tot Casserole III

This was very tasty and filling. I served this casserole up with some mixed fruit and green beans. The only thing that was missing was hamburger meat. Next time I will add meat to the casserole.
