Homemade Black Bean Veggie Burgers

Nice flavor. We enjoyed these with some fresh lime and salsa. And although this isn't a "WOW" recipe, I'd make it again. I didn't serve them on buns, but with some Mexican rice and corn. Oh, and don't forget the fresh lime and salsa!

Green Bean Fries

Spaghetti Carbonara II

I made this for a large crowd, and it was a HUGE hit! A nice change for spaghetti sauce and noodles. Kids and adults alike loved it! Definitely add the white wine for flavor though (we made it once at home without and we were disappointed).
