I love this soup. The only problem is that it goes too fast...because it's soooo good. I make this at least once a month, sometimes twice.

Loved it! I used Mild Italian Sausage but followed everything else to a "T". Thanks for sharing your recipe!

What a versatile recipe ! I used HOT sausage and added 1 tlb Italian seasoning as previously recommended and then everything I had in the kitchen. Extra zucchini (cause we had a ton), left over rice, a couple of stalks of celery and doubled the broth. It smelled fantastic and was extremely flavorful. Loved it!!

Probably the best soup recipe I have ever made. I followed it exactly as written, did not add or change anything. Definitely a keeper. Add crusty bread...mmmmmm.

Loved it!!! It was too spicy for my 3 year old son, but hubby & I really enjoyed it! Next time I may use half hot sausages & half sweet sausages for the kiddo... Or just make a bowl of mac n' cheese for him!

Very good recipe. I usually add 1 tsp of Splenda to this recipe and serve it topped with grated Parmesan cheese. Served with crusty bread it's a meal in itself.

This was a very good soup - I'm not a big fan of italian sausage but I wanted to try something different, and we ended up liking this a lot! I didn't include the spinach, but used cabbage instead and whatever other veggies I had around, and I ended up having so many veggies in it that I forgot to put in the beans! I may try using chicken broth next time, but we were very pleased with this.

This was easy to make. I used left over spaghetti sauce since I didn't have any tomatoes on hand. I used celery instead of zucchini because that's what I had. My husband was amazed that there wasn't any seasoning in it. This was super easy to make. I liked the white beans.

I love this soup! My husband loved it too. its very hearty and not bland at all like some of the other reviewers said. I found it to be quite tasty. I used all the original ingredients exactly like the recipe. Wonderful flavor. I may add an extra can of broth next time if I put rice in it. I do recommend it if your going to use pasta or rice in your soup.

Absolutely delicious! The sausage gave this soup such a great flavor. My son asks for this all the time, whether hot or cold weather! This recipe is on my rotation and leftovers always get eaten.

This is an awesome recipe! Thx 'SALLYJUN' for sharing. Great base soup that is exceedingly easy to adjust according to your taste. I decided to add 2 packages Italian sausage 1 sweet & 1 hot, like many other review's suggested, the flavors balance each other out. I also added red potatoes sliced paper thin, using a pampered chef tool, and left the skin on. And, Lastly, because I don't really care for spinach in soup I subbed kale, which worked perfectly. All the flavors meld beautifully together, definitely a keeper.

Great recipe. I also add 1 diced onion and green pepper, then cooked tortellini right before serving. We have served it many times & are always asked for the recipe.
