Spice Rubbed Baby Back Ribs

INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)

  • 2 (2 pound) slabs baby back ribs
  • 6 tablespoons McCormick® Grill Mates® Pork Rub

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place ribs on foil-lined baking pan. Rub Pork Rub evenly over both sides of each slab of ribs. Cover with foil.
  2. Bake in 375 degrees F oven 1 hour or until meat starts to pull away from bones. Transfer ribs to grill.
  3. Grill over medium-high heat 1 to 2 minutes per side or until evenly browned. Cut into portions to serve.

FOOTNOTE

  • Use 2 tablespoons Dry Rub per pound of ribs.

I agree ... 1 hour is going to be really tough ribs !! An hour and a half at 325 is the bare... MORE
